+redesigned menu UI

+added death screen UI(respawn and menu button included) 

+demon enemy shoots <- removed in later updates for balancing reasons

+camera adds fov when you get speed power-up

-to start the game player has to pick up very obvious gun placed on table in front of them

-general bug fixes and game balancing (like: moon not working correctly, some projectiles made faster, some timing based mechanics are no longer based on framerate and other stuff)
